We host seminars and forums on spirits with different tasting sessions including both spirits and cocktails. These sessions are accompanied by a talk on history and production of various spirits and cocktails as well.

The management

The management of FLOÖID has worked all the top cocktail bars and nightclubs in Denmark and across Europe. During the past 13 years, the managers have picked up priceless know-how and experience in their line of work – especially working outside Denmark.

The management owns one of the first classic cocktail bars in Copenhagen – GILT at Nørrebro, which is renowned for its top quality service, an outstanding cocktail menu and – not least – for its highly skilled and comforting bartenders. The bar has worked as an inspirational citadel for the industry in general and as a catalyst of professionalism and dedication.

On the basis of our history in the business, we know what to be expected from customers and their guests. We strive for professional and reliable solution and our staff recruitment is based on people skills and personal competences.
